POSTAL
SERVICE
When
possible, we ship your international order by United States Postal
Service (USPS). USPS no longer offers a "surface" option,
your parts will ship by airmail only. The minimum charge
is $40.
There
are strict size limits for airmail shipments. These limits consist
of the girth (circumference) plus the length of the box.
Most
countries allow box sizes up to 108" combined (i.e. 18"x18"x36").
There
is one major exception, the maximum box size to Australia
is 79" (i.e. 12"x12"x30"). Big enough
for a vintage seat, a fender or a small quarter fairing but that
is about it.
Our international
shipping team is very experienced and can usually tell you straight
off the bat, if postal service is an option or not.
FREIGHT
SERVICE
All boxes that are too large to ship by postal service
will be shipped using a specialized freight service. Quotes start
at around $250 (door-to-airport). This is expensive, but still much
cheaper than UPS, Fedex or DHL. Residential or bussiness delivery
is always possible, but more expensive. We will usually send you
a door-to-airport quote first to give you an idea of shipping cost.
Door-to-airport
This is the cheapest freight option. We ship the parts
to the large international airport nearest you. The freight service
will contact you when the parts arrive at the airport. You go to
the airport to pick the parts up, and take them through customs
yourself. You will save at least a few hundered dollars compared
to delivery to a business, and even more compared to residential
delivery.
We
only charge you for the parts and international shipping on our
end. Our shipping quotes are for transport only and do NOT include
customs duties, import / sales tax and destination / airport / broker
fees!
Destination
fees / airport fees / broker fees
These
are local handling fees charged by the airport and the local freight
handler (Schenker or affiliate). These fees vary per destination.
If you do not have a customs broker, the local freight handler can
provide this service at a cost.
Customs
duties and taxes
These are charged to you by your government and customs
agency. If
you wish to find out what cost will be involved please contact your
local customs office. We do not have this information.
Customs
value
Please do not ask us to mark your shipments as gifts or
samples, or to tamper with invoiced amounts. This is illegal and
we will not do it. No exceptions.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of placing the order.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer
(large orders) or via Paypal.

Average turnaround time 4-5 weeks from date of payment.

Orders can be placed by email/fax/phone. We need the following
information:

- Part numbers
- Payment (credit card, bank transfer or paypal).
Credit card details can be submitted any way you want but phone
or fax are more secure than email. When paying by Paypal, please
provide your Paypal address so we can send you a Paypal invoice.
