750 Slingshot differs slightly from the '88-'89 model. The return
on the upper fairing is slightly different and the vents on
the mids are deeper and more square in shape than the earlier

These ducts connected to hoses that went underneath the
tank. The motor had a heatshield that came up from the back over
the tranny, past the carbs en forward over the motor, thus creating
a "tunnel" that funneled cool air towards the carbs.
Not a pressurized system, but clean cool air for your carbs.

This is a slammed style fuel tank for you GSXR. You can save seven
to eight pounds off the top of your bike with this lightweight
fuel tank. It comes with one of our racing caps on the top and
a 3/8" NPT bung in the bottom of the tank for use with a
Pingel race valve.
