The TL1000S was Suzuki's best selling model
in 1997. Just look at it... awesome performance, excellent hardware,
and cool looks, but we made it look way better!
Our design wizard Kent Riches has made a few
changes. The first thing he did was to make a lower belly pan;
the bike just didn't look finished without it. Looking at it
a little closer, we realized that a separate belly pan would
accentuate the style. Our belly pan complemented the organic
style of the TL1000 S. Everyone who has seen it loves it. It
makes the bike look finished.
The next thing Kent did was to change that
big Suzuki tailpiece. He came up with a beautiful one-piece
seat that uses all the stock mounting brackets and is lower
in the back. It has a tail light opening and comes off quick
with the stock seat locks. The seat is available with our optional
carbon fiber number plate inserts that make the seat almost
look too cool.
The rest of our selection includes a street
replacement upper fairing, a competition race upper fairing,
fuel tank (we saved about 9 lbs off the stock tank weight with
our fiberglass tank) front fender, and even made a rear swing
arm fender to keep dirt and crud off the shock linkage and motor.
Oh yeah, we even made carbon fiber heel guards for the sexy
TL1000 S. This is the coolest bodywork and we hope you love

Suzuki TL1000 S Competition upper
These TL’s are pretty successful in the lightweight twins
class, and people relied on Air-Tech to supply them with the bodywork.
This is basically the right and left fairing sides and the headlight
area all molded as a one-piece unit. The headlight has been filled
in for racing purposes and has a legal sized number plate area
on the front of it. Whether your racing your TLS or looking for

Suzuki TL1000 S Street upper
This is an affordable replacement panel for you TL1000S street
bike. Suzuki didn’t sell very many of these bikes, so clean
un-busted panels are hard to find for this bike. We have an affordable
solution for you! This is basically the right and left fairing
upper halves and the air intake duct assemblies all molded as
a one-piece unit. This mounts onto the chassis at the stock Suzuki
mirror mounts and brackets. A little trimming and fabrication
is required to mount this onto the bike, but this is not big deal
because a crafty guy can finish this faster than he can finish
a 6-pack and save himself a ton of money over the stock Suzuki

Suzuki TL1000 S Lower belly pan
Owner and designer Kent Riches pulled out all of his tricks when
he designed this belly pan for the TLS. He gave it a very cool
and stylish design but still keeps the openness of the TLS. It
looks much nicer than all of those big and clunky lowers sold
by our competitors for the TLS. Those big panels that cover up
more of the motor are poorly designed, don’t complement
the stylish look of the TLS, and quite honestly they look stupid.
Our belly pan complements the light and open look of the TLS,
and it actually gives the bike a lighter and more finished look
to it. If you want your TL to look the best this is by far the
piece that you need!

Suzuki TL1000 S Super sport race tail tall
This is the right and left seat sides and tail light area and
the stock solo seat cowl all molded together as a one piece unit.
This tail section still uses the Suzuki foam pad on the top of
it. This one-piece race tail looks cool!

Suzuki TL1000 S Low super sport race tail
This tail is similar to our other super sport race tail for the
TLS with the exception that the hump in the back is lower. Basically
you have the right and left seat sides, the tail area, and the
solo seat cowl molded as a one piece unit with the exception that
the solo seat cowl is lower and it does not make that big wart
on the top hump in the rear. If you ride your TLS you know what
we mean. When you try to throw your leg over the back of it that
Suzuki wart is too tall and you end up hitting your boot. You’ve
got to really kick your leg up high to get over the back of that
nasty thing. This low section solves that problem, and it looks
pretty awesome. Toss out that wart and throw your leg over something

Suzuki TL1000 S Under seat enclosure
This sleek fiberglass design cleans up the bottom of your tail
section. It takes a little bit of cutting and fabrication to install.
You need to hack off a lot of that black plastic off of the back
of your TL but the reward is well worth it! This piece has a license
plate mount incorporated into the rear of it the cool thing about
this is that it uses your stock Suzuki DOT approved taillight.
Our competitors tail sections use dangerously dim LED’s
on the rear of them, which is not a good idea. Please stick to
your DOT approved taillight. This is by far the coolest under
seat for the TL that is available!
