The Rickman brothers, Don and Derek, started their career in off-road racing and started building road race frames in the mid-sixties. Under their 'Metisse' brand name they built nice double cradle-type, brazed, nickel plated frames that could be fit with a variety of british engines (ie. Triumph, BSA, Norton, Velocette).

When the british bike industry fell apart in the early seventies, the Rickman brothers quickly switched gears and started producing CR (Competition Replica) specials based on the Kawasaki Z1 900 and Honda CB750. The squeezed the big Japanese fours into their beautiful hand crafted frames and wrapped it in stylish bodywork, the very same stuff you see here today!

Airtech owner Kent Riches restored one a few years ago and made the already exclusive Rickamn even more exotic with a full set of carbon bodywork including the fuel tank!

The classic Rickman CR upper fairing. It has a standard 7" headlight opening. The fairing has a molded in dash panel. An opening can be trimmed to suit a single or dual gauge setup.

Rickman CR cafe short fairing - endurance
We modified a Rickman CR competition fairing to accept our small endurance style headlight HL2B (see below). Requires fabrication of a headlight bracket and will probably require some modification of stock Rickman brackets as handlebar opening, bottom ears and dash were modified. You will also need to trim out the fork opening.

HL2B Single endurance headlight 4.25" - Black
This compact light is awesome for applications where you do not have a lot of room but need a headlight with high & low beam. Great for vintage bikes where the stock 7" headlight is too large to fit into the nose surface of the fairing you want; you could fit it into a race fairing and remove it for track days or use for an endurance race setup.

All steel construction including the reflector, 60/55W H4 bulb with standard 3-prong. Black powder coat. Two M8x20 bolts included. E-mark.

Rickman CR gas tank - Honda
The CR gastanks are pretty, that's for sure. This one came of a Rickman Honda. Fit with a nice stainless gas cap. An aluminum Monza cap upgrade is available at your request.

This tank looks the same a sthe Rickman Kawasaki tank below but the bottom has two half moon shaped reliefs behind the fuel bungs, to clear early Honda throttle linkages, and the fuel bungs are in a different location.

Fuel bung must be placed center/back for clearance with Keihin CR carburators - requires battery box relocation.
