GNC1 / Expert class

When AMA Pro Kayl Kolkman asked us to help him out with some new bodywork for his C&J framed Kawasaki Twin, we jumped right on it. This stuff will fit a C&J frame of course and should work well on similar "Bear" or C&M frames as well. The tank is specific to the C&J Kawasaki Twin frame.

We made an updated seat and tank design and also some pretty cool extended fork guards that will fit Ceriani forks or similarly shaped modified modern conventional forks like the R6 units Kayl uses.

Really trick lightweight oil tank with integrated inner rear fender. You will need to trim the flange around the top of the tank to match the frame contour so it fits between the frame tubes.

Comes epoxy coated, with a billet oil cap, 1/4" vent fitting on top and 2x 3/8" fittings on bottom.

Please note: Requires custom oil lines. We recommend you cut the ends of the stock lines on the motor side and have them put into new hoses. On the tank end you will need AN to 3/8" NPT adapters.

Harley Davidson Sportster

Harley Sportster XR750 dirttrack tank
This is the XR750 replica tank for your Sportster. The XR750 frames had a very skinny (1") backbone so the original XR750 tank would not fit onto the stock Sportster frame (1.65").

For this conversion tank, the original XR750 top shell is used so from the outside it is identical to the original. But we have redesigned the tunnel to fit this tank to a standard Sportster frame.

You will need to weld two tabs to the frame for the stud mounts. The rear of the tank has an insert so you can attach a bracket or hold down strap.

Harley Sportster XR750 dirttrack seat with taillight bracket.
We designed this XR750 conversion seat that conforms perfectly to the tapered Sportster frame. Cut a slot in the recessed mounting point in the front and slide it underneath the stock seat mount on the frame. Two bolts through the rear fender mount struts complete the mounting process. Simple!
This seat comes with a taillight/licenseplate bracket that you can position to your liking and bond in place with Bondo or epoxy.

Please note: designed for the '86-'94 Sportster with removable fender struts. Will fit '95-03 Sportster but welded on fender support struts will need to be cut and stubs will remain exposed. Will not fit '04-up rubber mount Sportster - subframe is too wide throughout.

RS750

The inspiration: '84 Honda RS750

By the mid-1980s, the name Honda was synonymous with winning almost every style of racing in the world. There was one type of American racing that eluded Honda, though: dirt track.

American Honda began development of a 750 based on an XLV750R dual-sport bike sold in Europe, a model powered by a liquid-cooled 52-degree SOHC 742cc V-twin. The RS750 racer was entirely hand-built around this engine, from its massive oil sump to its long intake runners and super-wide swingarm able to accommodate a fat Goodyear tire.

The result? The RS750 won its first race at the 1983 Du Quoin Mile. The following year, Honda RS750 riders Bubba Shobert and the late Ricky Graham won six races each, with the Grand National Championship going to Graham by a single point over Shobert. The next three years were all Bubba’s though, as he took the title in 1985, 1986 and 1987, making it four in a row for Honda and its RS750. Honda officially departed in 1988, but Graham went on to win one more title with the RS750 in 1993 as a privateer, bringing Honda’s total of GNCs to five. Honda’s persistence, creativity and technical know-how made the RS750 a winner from the very start.

You can you take this fiberglass seat pan to your local auto upholsterer and have them finish a really nice custom upholstery for your bike. Seat foam sheet 3/4" - long 12x26"
This is what you want for 9 out of 10 cafe seats. It is tough enough to use without an upholstery and comfortable enough for longer rides - all things are relative off course, if you just got off your gel seat lazy boy megacruiser, you may disagree.

Visually, 3/4" is just about the perfect thickness. Run it as a stand alone seat pad for that race look or use it as a base for a custom upholstery job. It will not collapse like cheap automotive seat foam!

We use this on some of our track bikes too.

Number plate with headlight bucket
Turn your dirt tracker into a street tracker with this square numberplate that has an angled flat surface that can be used to mount a small square (or two small round) headlights, as shown on the yellow bike below.

The numberplate comes with a separate backing plate that will help mount the light and hide some wiring. You can bond the backing plate in place with clear silicone caulking.

SPS1 Seat pan studs (4pc.)
These studs have a large perforated head which makes them perfect for mounting seat pans to seats or various blind mounts on the inside of panels. You can fiberglass or epoxy them into place. 3/4" long, 1/4"-20 thread, nylocks included.

Speedway

Our mold collection is so extensive, we're not even sure what some of them are for. These speedway bike pieces were items we were asked to build some time ago. If you race speedway machines, you may recognized exactly what they are. We have both long and short front fenders, a rear fender that might also double as a seat part.
